Legal Guarantee
- Duration of the Legal Guarantee
- All our products are covered by a legal warranty of 3 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
- Legal Guarantee Coverage
- The warranty covers any manufacturing or material defects that may arise under normal use. Damage caused by improper use, negligence, accidents, natural wear and tear, or manipulation or repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel is not considered defects.
Procedure for Claiming the Warranty
- Defect Notification
- If you detect a defect in your product during the warranty period, you must notify Casualplay through our customer service. Provide the following information:

- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

- Upon receipt of the notice, we will assess the defect and, if necessary, repair or replace the product free of charge. In the event that repair or replacement is not possible, we will offer you an alternative solution, which may include a full or partial refund of the purchase price.

- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
- Natural wear and tear due to normal use of the product.
- Damage caused by extreme environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.).
