We work with SZENDEX to ensure that your order arrives quickly and safely.
Shipping Availability
You can make purchases in www.casualplay.com from any country, as long as the delivery address is in Spain.
Delivery address
It is essential that you review and correctly fill in all the delivery address details on the order form. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. We do not ship orders to PO boxes, military bases, or addresses where it is not possible to identify the recipient.
Confirmation and follow-up
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment at any time.
Delivery time
The delivery time is between 1 and 5 working days, once the payment is confirmed. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, please contact us so we can investigate.
Delivery problems
If the delivery cannot be made, the courier company will contact you to agree on a new delivery date.
Receipt of the order
Upon receipt of your order, verify that everything is in accordance with what was requested. If you find any discrepancies or problems, please contact us through our contact form, indicating your personal details and the order number. We will contact you to resolve any incident.
Returns
Return Process:
- If you need to make a return, contact us through the contact form to manage home collection.
- Casualplay products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, with their complete original packaging, tags and related accessories.
- For added security, we recommend using a shipping system that certifies delivery. We are not responsible for loss, delay or shipment to incorrect addresses.
Return conditions:
- If your return does not comply with the stipulated terms, you will not be entitled to a refund and the products will be returned to you with freight collected.
- Returned products must be shipped in a single delivery. We reserve the right not to accept returns of the same order sent at different times.

Return period:
- The deadline for making a return is 15 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Return cost:
- Home collection costs €9. The customer is responsible for the return costs, except for erroneous or defective products. We do not accept returns shipped freight due and do not refund the initial shipping costs.
Reembolso:
- We’ll process the refund as soon as possible, using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If the amount is incorrect, please contact us on informacion@play.es.
Wrong or defective products:
- If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us via the contact form within 30 days, indicating the error or defect along with your personal details.
- If there are problems with the packaging, please notify the courier company upon receipt.
- We will examine the product and inform you if it is appropriate to return or replace it. This process will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of notification.
- Defective products will be refunded in full, including shipping and return costs.
The rights recognised by current legislation are safeguarded.
