These Terms and Conditions regulate the purchase of products through the Casualplay website, which is owned by PLAY S.A. By making a purchase, you fully agree to these terms and conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

- Return Conditions: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. PLAY S.A. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions. The customer will bear the shipping costs.
- Refunds: Once the returned products have been received and checked, the total amount paid will be refunded.
7. Warranties and Claims
Play, S.A. offers a legal guarantee of 3 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
In the event of a defective product, PLAY S.A. will proceed, as appropriate, to repair or replace it.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.
