Going for a walk is a highly recommended practice for both the baby and you and you should not be afraid to go out from the moment you are discharged. But to ensure maximum comfort for the newborn during the walk, keep in mind some recommendations:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Before leaving, make sure you have all the essentials in your walking bag: clean diaper, wet wipes, spare set in case it gets stained, the pacifier (in case you use it) and a toy.<\/li>\n<li>Dress your baby in layers to make it easier for you to take off or put clothes on depending on how cold or hot it is outside. This way we will avoid colds. <\/li>\n<li>Especially in summer, protect your baby from direct sun.
